Absence Reporting - 

Please phone the school as early as possible on the first day of absence.  Please leave a message on the absence line  - school tel : 01295 780270 and include the name of your child, their class and the reason for absence.  This helps to ensure that the correct absence code is used on the attendance register.  

Please also follow up the absence with a letter (to be handed in to the class teacher at register time) on the first day back.
